Thermocouple Heads
IME Model 1080 Series Thermocouple Heads are designed specifically for explosion proof applications and constructed out of Die-Cast Copper-Free Aluminum or SS316 to withstand applications where aggressive atmospheres prevail.
This housing accommodates a terminal block or head mounted transmitter 50mm (2.0″) in diameter that can be mounted using M4 screws. Some units as indicated has a provision for a customer designed SS nameplate with information such as model number, company name, logo, and website.
Instruments Enclosures
IME Model 80 series Enclosures are designed to accommodate circuit boards and devices . Specifically designed for explosion proof applications, the housing is available in either an epoxy painted die-cast Aluminum (NEMA 4X) version or investment casted SS316 to withstand applications where aggressive atmospheres prevail. The housing can be ordered with either a tempered glass cover or solid cover. There is a wide choice of conduit and instrument entries.Based on maximum diameter this series has following three models:
Junction Boxes
IME Model 70 series Junction Boxes accommodates circuit boards and device. It is available with a choice of solid or tempered glass cover in either copper free Aluminum or SS316.

Instrument Sunshade
This sunshade is designed to protect the instruments from Sunlight (heat), Dust accumulation and Mechanical damages. It can be easily mounted on a 2 Inch Pipe using the mounting accessories provided Provides excellent corrosion resistant and long life even under the hardest environmental condition of ranging from the blazing heat in the Middle East and freezing temperature in the Frozen North.

Indicators & Transmitters
IME Model 8080MK Loop Powered Digital Indicators allow the process variable from any 4~20 mA current source to be monitored. Since the unit derives its power from the loop, no additional power supply or wiring is needed. Because of its low voltage drop (3.7 Volts at 20mA), it can be incorporated into almost any 2 wire loop, where local indication of a process variable is needed, because the integral transmitter indicator is inaccessible to view or is at a different location.
IME Model 8080RR Digital Process Indicator allows the process variable from any transmitter to be monitored in engineering units and two corresponding alarms to be assigned. Both alarms can be assigned either high or low within the selected range. In addition to that the unit also provides 4 to 20 mA output.
IME Model 8080HT is a digital, PC/Hand-Held programmable, isolated 2-wire transmitter with HART protocol. The unit converts 8 types of thermocouples; 5 types of RTDs, confabulated as 2, 3 and 4 wires;potentiometer, resistor and millivolt inputs into process current loop.
IME Model 8080FR is a digital Flow Indicator that accepts a 4-20mA signal or pulse from a flow meter and displays the flow rate and the totalized flow. 2 independent alarms can be assigned to either the flow rate or the totalized flow, making the unit ideal for batch control.
IME Model 8080PR allows 2 independent alarms to be assigned over the temperature range of the sensor. The unit will accept an input from a Pt100 RTD or Type J or K thermocouple and provide an indication on a bright 4 digit LED.
IME Model 8080PR1 allows 2 independent alarms to be assigned over the temperature range of the sensor. The unit will accept an input from a Pt100 RTD Sensor and provide an indication on a bright 4 digit LED. The unit serves a dual purpose since in addition to local indication of temperature, which is switch selectable to read Deg F or Deg C, it also serves as an accurate and repeatable temperature switch. In addition a 4-20mA Output proportional to temperature is available, making the 8080PR1 into an indicating transmitter.
IME Model 8080PR2 allows 2 independent alarms to be assigned over the temperature range of the sensor. The unit will accept an input from a Pt100 RTD Sensor and provide an indication on a bright 4 digit LED. The unit serves a dual purpose since in addition to local indication of temperature, which is switch selectable to read Deg F or Deg C, it also serves as an accurate and repeatable temperature switch and a PID controller

The unit will accept an input from two Pt100 RTD Sensor and provide an indication of either channel on a bright 4 digit LED. The unit serves a dual purpose since in addition to local indication of temperature, which is switch selectable to read Deg F or Deg C, it also serves as an accurate and repeatable temperature switch.
